Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP) is a high-performance insulation material composed of a filled core material and a protective surface layer, which is vacuum encapsulated and composite. It is suitable for insulation in medium and low temperature environments. VIP is currently one of the best insulation materials in the world. VIP with silicon dioxide board as the core material has a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.004W/mk or below

Vacuum insulation panel are panels could offer unparalleled heat insulation value at minimum thickness. This fiberglass core based VIP, a new energy-efficient insulation material following the adiabatic principle for insulation, consists of three major parts: fiberglass core materials, getter materials/desiccants and high barrier film. As a special composite made of core materials and protective layers, it is integrated with the superiority of vacuum insulation and micro-pore heat insulation, this combination of porous material and the vacuum results in an extremely high thermal resistance. The thermal resistance allows for thinner insulation in applications where space is at a premium.

Save Energy and Increase Space
Help to increase the inner space of the furnace
To lower inner hot side 900  ºC to 95  ºC , it needs 110mm ceramic fiber board, but only needs 25mm Ecotherm K 1000 board.
Help to reduce energy loss
Using the same thickness insulation materials at 900ºC , Ecotherm 25mm microp-  orous boards instead of conventional 25mm insulation materials can decrease the surface temperature over 100 ºC while the energy loss can reduce over 50%.
